Please note that we are unable to process refunds due to the use of an incorrect payment method (e.g., using the wrong card). Processing refunds incurs additional charges for our organization, and as such, we are unable to accommodate these requests.

Refund Policy: The Speech and Hearing Association of Alabama (SHAA) will not accept refund requests after February 1, 2025. Additionally, SHAA does not provide refunds for membership fees. Refund requests submitted before February 1, 2025, will be subject to a $5 processing fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
